Who we are
BellaVanti is a private property and lifestyle company. We sell and rent exceptional homes, supply the cars and yachts that go with them, and arrange everything around a stay, from the airport transfer to the table on Saturday night.
We work with a deliberately small number of clients, so the person who finds your house is the person who answers when you call.
Property
Homes for sale and for rent. We visit every one ourselves before it is shown to you.
Cars and yachts
Delivered to the door or waiting at the berth, with a driver or a crew when you want one.
Concierge
Transfers, tables, staff and whatever else the stay needs, arranged before you arrive.
How we work
Every client has one point of contact. They know the brief, the dates and the preferences, so nothing has to be explained twice and nothing is passed down a line.
We walk every home before we show it, and we check every car and every yacht before it is handed over. If something is not right, we say so rather than send it.
